WHITE HERON VILLAGE TOURS
Petulu Village has something you must see. A large flock of white egrets are living in harmony local people. The villagers say they are used to the birds and enjoy their company. The white egret makes it home in the large trees in front of the houses. More then 10 millions white egrets live in Petulu. They hatch their eggs high in the trees and can be seen leaving early in the morning to find food. The come back again at about 17.00 with food in their mouths to be given to their babies.
